We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will update the “Effective Date” and may notify you through the Services or our website. Continued use after changes becomes effective constitutes your acceptance.

Odd Latent Oy provides the following experiences and platforms:

• Mobile and web games, including entertainment experiences similar in category to leading titles like Monopoly GO!, Royal Match, or Angry Birds.
• Game features such as achievements, social interactions, leaderboards, virtual items, events, and progression systems.
• The website https://www.oddlatent.com/ and its related content.

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, without notice.

Some portions of the Services may require creating an account (“Account”). When doing so, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted under your Account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or disrupt the Services.

Our Games may include virtual items, in-game currency, or premium features (“Virtual Items”). You understand and agree that:

• Virtual Items are not redeemable for real-world currency, goods, or services.
• Purchases of Virtual Items are final and non-refundable, unless required by applicable law.
• We may modify, limit, or remove any Virtual Item at any time without compensation.
• Virtual Items cannot be sold, traded, or transferred outside the Services.
• Prices and availability may change without notice.

You agree NOT to:

• Use cheats, hacks, bots, exploits, or unauthorized third-party tools.
• Interfere with gameplay balance, scoring systems, or leaderboards.
• Harass, abuse, or defame other players.
• Upload illegal, harmful, infringing, or offensive content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Services.
• Attempt unauthorized access to databases, accounts, or servers.
• Sell, trade, or transfer your Account or Virtual Items.
• Disrupt or attempt to disrupt the normal operation of the Games.

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations.

All content, assets, artwork, characters, music, software, trademarks, and technologies used in the Services are owned by Odd Latent Oy or its licensors.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Services for personal entertainment.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Services without our written permission.

If you submit or create content (screenshots, usernames, chat messages, gameplay, etc.):

• You retain ownership of your UGC.
• You grant Odd Latent Oy a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, sublicensable license to use, display, modify, and distribute that content in connection with the Services.
• You represent that you own or have rights to the submitted UGC.

We may remove or restrict UGC that violates laws or these Terms.

Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how your data is collected, used, and stored.

By using the Services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Odd Latent Oy does not warrant that:

• The Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.
• Content will always be accurate or current.
• Gameplay will be free from bugs, issues, or disruptions.

You use the Services at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Odd Latent Oy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits, gameplay progress, or data).

Our total liability will not exceed:

1. The amount you spent in the Services in the previous 12 months, or
2. €100 EUR, whichever is greater.

Where local law does not allow such limitations, only the minimum permitted limitations apply.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, including for:

• Violations of these Terms
• Fraudulent or harmful activity
• Legal or technical reasons

Upon termination:

• Your rights to use the Services end immediately.
• Any Virtual Items or progress may be lost.
• Relevant sections of these Terms continue to apply.

Unless required by applicable consumer laws:

• All sales are final.
• Virtual Items and in-app purchases are non-refundable.
• Subscription cancellations (if offered) take effect at the end of the current billing period.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, excluding conflict-of-law rules.

Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Finland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws grant you the right to resolve the dispute elsewhere.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and/or within our Games.

By continuing to use the Services after updates, you agree to the revised Terms.
